Lanco Type PVC Pipe Threading Machine we offer is utilized for cutting external threads using Tangential chaser. The chaser-cum-cutter in these machines remain still as the die-head rotates. A wide range of threads can be cut using the machine, including threads like BSPT, NPT, UNC, UNF, BSW, BSP, METRIC, ACME, BSF Threads and more.

The Lanco Type PVC Pipe Threading Machine we offer comes with the following parts:-

• Base
  Head Stock
  Saddle
  Bed or Pillar Type Clamping Vice
  Die Head

DESIGN & WORKMANSHIP: Can produce quality threads in the desired tolerance.

HEAD STOCK: This gear type box supports the spindle bearings. The box is lubricated and duly fitted with 3 heavy duty bearings.

THE BED: The bed has two pillars made using fine grade steel. These pillars are nicely finished and hard chrome plated.

THE SADDLE: The Saddle sits on the two pillars and operates accurately in sync with the Head Stock alignment

The APRON: The apron designed for moving the saddle has gears made of best quality steel.

VICE JAWS: The vice jaws are fabricated of alloy steel and are fitted on the saddle. These jaws are well aligned with the head stock center and duly fitted in a box type vice. The heat treated jaws are moved and controlled by a screw on the saddle.
